About the Role

We\'re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Learning & Development Consultant to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term maternity cover (12 Months). In this role, you\'ll lead the design and programme management of purpose-driven, future-focused learning programmes, particularly in leadership development.

You\'ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to identify capability needs, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure our people are equipped to thrive. You\'ll also play a key role in maintaining best practice across our L&D initiatives and supporting the continuous improvement of our learning culture, as well as :

  • Designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
  • Facilitating engaging learning experiences across multiple formats.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Supporting the L&D team with creative learning solutions.
  • Managing learning projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.

About You

You're a confident and collaborative L&D professional who thrives on helping others grow. You bring strong stakeholder management, design and facilitation skills, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences, as well as :

  • Senior-level experience in learning & development, including facilitation, coaching, and eLearning.
  • A background in HR, L&D, or OD within a hospitality and / or regulated environment.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale learning projects.
  • The ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-moving environment.
  • A track record of delivering impactful learning solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • A relevant certification in L&D, adult learning, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Gallup CliftonStrengths is preferred but not essential.
