ZEALAND TATTOO LTD is a well-established boutique-style studio offering a premium tattoo shop experience, with award-winning artists specialising in Maori, Polynesian, Japanese, contemporary styles and more. Trading Since 1991.
We require a capable, creative and business-minded person with the capacity to achieve sales targets and grow the brand year-on-year alongside our team at a full-time basis.
The available full-time position is based at our Christchurch Studio with minimum 30 hours weekly. There will be an advantage for applicants available to start ASAP.

You will be working alongside our artists and sales team with accountability to the Management and Business Owner.
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver 5-star service to clients from first inquiry to aftercare, ensuring professionalism, comfort, and empathy.
Monitor and manage all customer inquiries across walkins, emails and social media platforms and maintain relationships using a CRM.
Consult clients online and in-store using the Zealand Tattoo Sales Process, guide tattoo decisions, manage bookings, and coordinate with artists.
Process payments accurately, maintain transaction records, and manage cash deposits.
Respond promptly to emails and online inquiries, prioritizing urgent bookings.
Liaise with our talented team of artists to ensure jobs are well prepared / organized and ensure compliance with all studio policies and standards
Assist with overseeing and controlling stock & supply levels, and general housekeeping ensuring the entire studio is kept clinically clean at all times
Keep a professional appearance and be well groomed
Requirements :
Tech & Social media savvy with a confident customer service background; experience in sales consulting is a bonus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in handling inquiries and complaints, and strong ability to prioritize a busy workload.
Proactive, takes initiative, and reliable; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in art, tattoo culture, or design (experience not essential, but a passion for learning is a must).
Must have legal rights to work in New Zealand
