Job descriptionClient Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored advice and solutions. Lead Generation : Proactively source and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing. Sales Process Management : Guide clients through the buying process, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals. Market Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape in your area. Documentation : Ensure all legal documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the transaction to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to achieve company goals. Compliance : Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to real estate transactions. Experience : Previous experience in sales / tele‑sale or real estate is highly desirable. Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Technology : Proficient in using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and other relevant technology. Attitude : A proactive and positive approach to challenges, with a strong desire to achieve results. Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the New Zealand property market is a significant advantage. Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Consultant to join our growing team. As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding clients through the buying process.
Work Setup
- Arrangement : Onsite reporting required — must report to either our Christchurch, Auckland, or Wellington office (not remote)
- Employment Type : Independent Contractor (Commission-based)
