As the Business Improvement Partner, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making across the Yili Oceania group. You’ll develop and refine business processes, reporting tools, and communication frameworks that empower executive leadership and drive continuous improvement. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll work closely with teams across departments, leading cross‑functional initiatives and ensuring our business stays ahead of the curve.
Your focus will be on analysing current workflows, designing dashboards and scenario‑planning models, and creating decision‑support tools that unify perspectives and enable data‑driven action. You’ll also monitor strategic initiatives, champion best practices, and support change management to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
