Our LDV / KGM Aftersales team is seeking an experience Service Advisor to join our team in Christchurch.  In this role you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer experience in the Aftersales area. You will work collaboratively with internal team members and external suppliers to ensure that fast and efficient service delivery optimises workshop efficiency.  Through your positive attitude and customer focus you will have a solution orientation and pace of work that matches the high-volume service throughput environment, and you share our goal of being the most customer centric automotive retailer in New Zealand.

What you'll do

Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.

Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.

Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.

Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.

Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.

Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
