This is a client-focused sales role for someone who appreciates the difference between a house and a well-designed home. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them from their initial idea through the initial design stages. You won’t just be selling from a standard catalogue; you’ll be collaborating with our design team to create tailored solutions for each client.

We are specifically interested in talented salespeople from any high-value sector. If you understand complex sales processes and have an interest in design, we will provide the industry and product training.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of success in complex, high-value sales.
• A genuine interest in design, architecture, or the build process. The ability to read a floor plan or discuss architectural concepts is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional listening skills and a consultative approach. Your goal is to understand client needs, not just close a deal.
• The professionalism and confidence to represent a premium brand and build trust quickly.
