As a Client Services Manager, you'll be the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of clients across KiwiSaver, superannuation schemes, managed investment funds, debt securities, and structured finance products.
You'll play a key role in understanding their business, risks, and governance, while fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities as a supervisor and trustee.
Lead client relationships and build trust with key stakeholders
Align supervisory activities with clients' strategic goals
Review and negotiate key legal and financial documents
Stay current with regulatory developments and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service

You're a confident relationship manager with a strong understanding of financial services, governance, and compliance.
You enjoy working with purpose, building trust with clients, and navigating complex regulatory environments with clarity and care.
5+ years' experience in professional services, investment management, or trustee-related roles
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to interpret legal and financial documents
Skilled at managing client relationships and understanding their strategic goals
Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
Bonus : Familiarity with corporate trustee responsibilities, financial markets legislation and regulatory frameworks
