About The Role

This is an exciting role for a highly motivated and well organised Personal Assistant keen for their next challenge.

The role is responsible for providing essential and effective day to day assistance to the Chief Nursing Officer Hauora a Toi & Toi Ora within a very busy environment.

You will provide administrative support whilst maintaining upmost confidentiality – discretion and trust are paramount.

The role also gives support to the District Leadership Team and their Personal assistants as required.

About You

You will have outstanding organisational skills to manage the CNO's very busy schedule, ensuring efficiency and a well organised day.

This will include coordinating diaries and meetings, completing reporting tasks as required, and ensuring administrative skills are of the highest quality.
