The opportunity

We are looking for a professional and service-driven Receptionist to be the central communication hub of our hotel.

In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized experiences from check-in to departure.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day reservations, coordinate guest activities, process guest accounts and manage correspondence.

Your ability to multi-task, prioritize, and uphold impeccable attention to detail will make all the difference.

What you will bring

Previous experience in a front office or reception role, ideally within the hospitality industry

A confident, professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills

Strong time management and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of OPERA Cloud or similar software is a plus

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Due to our remote location, you will need your own reliable transport as well as hold a valid New Zealand work visa or working holiday visa.
