About the role
We are seeking a star receptionist for a part- time position at our Karori Village. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception and administration support which enables effective service delivery for our residents, staff, and visitors.
You will bring enthusiasm and passion for customer service to our village and to be the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors and visitors. This role is pivotal to ensure a 'welcoming' atmosphere at our village, reflecting the service standards we excel at.
Hours : Tue - Fri : 9am - 4 : 30pm - 28 hours per week

About You
You will have had previous experience in a similar role and understand how first impressions certainly count. You are a team player with a positive and welcoming attitude, and you always go 'above and beyond' in all you do. You have excellent 'all round' admin and computer skills, performing tasks accurately and efficiently. You have a can-do attitude and are happy to put your hand up to help when needed. Professional but friendly, you will become the source of knowledge for all things at the village.
