Responsibilities : Fax to finance institution / bank to quote settlement amount.Email sales executives / sales support on the settlement quote.Check HPFLAS for no outstanding finance and lodge Form A.Ensure Management has signed all documents.Fax to dealers on confirmation quotes.Upload PCMS for all VPA files.Split files, put in brown folders and submit to Finance department.Attend to sales executives / Finance / Sales support requesting for full settlement requotes or VDR.Handle VDR – upon cars hand over.Ensure settlement quotes are valid.Ensure all documents are submitted.Expedite submission of VDR to Finance department.Issue Vehicle Sales Agreement.Fax to dealers – vehicle upon e-transfer to Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd.Liaise with dealers pertaining to collection of vehicles.Ensure dealer's cheques are bank-in.Follow up – dealers to accept initiate transfer.Any other tasks as and when assigned.Job Requirements : Minimum of 'O' levels and above preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office would be an added advantage.Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Officer in the automotive industry or related field.Good communication skill, meticulous and hardworking.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
