Operations Manager

We are a rapidly growing cleaning company seeking a Operations Manager to take executive control of our daily service operations, resource planning, and quality assurance across multiple client locations.

This is a critical management role that requires proven acumen, strategic planning ability, and a strong focus on compliance and client relationship management.As our Operations Manager, you will not just supervise—you will direct, control, and execute the operational strategy across the business, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Your main focus areas will include :

Strategic & Financial Control : Managing the operational budget, authorising all expenditure, and driving cost-efficiency targets.

You would be expected to prepare and present financial and operational performance reports.

Service Excellence & Quality Assurance : Formulating and implementing company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conducting mandatory high-level site audits, and proactively managing major client escalations.

People & Compliance Leadership : Directing the recruitment, training, and formal performance management of staff.

You will establish and enforce compliance policies across all sites to mitigate risk.

Process Improvement : Identifying systemic inefficiencies and designing and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions and new technologies to optimise service quality and productivity.

The right person for this position should have : A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, supervisory or management role OR a relevant qualification (diploma or higher) in business management or administration.

Flexibility to work across multiple sites, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to lead a team, monitor and improve processes and systems
