You'll liaise with clients, facilitators, employers, and internal team members to ensure everything runs smoothly—from course delivery to work placements.What you'll be doingCoordinating communication between clients, facilitators, and programme staffSupporting facilitators with scheduling and logisticsAssisting with work placement coordination alongside our Work Experience ConnectorManaging attendance recordsKeeping our training space welcoming, stocked, and safeSupporting a positive, inclusive environment for all participants.What we're looking forExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time-management abilitiesConfidence with basic data entry and Microsoft OfficeFriendly, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a teamExperience working with MSD clients is a bonus!
DetailsThis is a part-time (16 hours / week) fixed term contract to 30 June 2027, based in Lower Hutt.
