About Us

At Degree43, we build premium stainless steel hot tubs, ice baths, and bespoke pools , all proudly Certified Made in New Zealand .

We supply some of the best-known wellness studios, luxury lodges, and residential projects across New Zealand and Australia . Everything we make is built to last – and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for another hands-on fabricator to join our tight-knit crew in the workshop.

The Role

We’re after a fabricator who’s proud of their craft and can get the job done without being micromanaged.

Day-to-day you’ll be :

Building and assembling stainless tubs, pools, and accessories

Working from drawings and seeing a job right through to a quality finish

Keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and efficient

Pitching in as part of the team to hit deadlines

What We’re Looking For

This role suits someone who :

Has solid stainless-steel fabrication and TIG welding skills (2–3+ years’ experience)

Takes pride in their workmanship – no shortcuts, just clean, accurate work

Is accountable for their own jobs and can work autonomously

Reads and follows fabrication drawings with confidence

Brings a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and fits well with a small team

Has full rights to work in New Zealand

Understands the importance of quality and safety on the floor
