What you'll bring : BCom Degree in Marketing or other degree or tertiary qualification in marketing, comms, or similar (or equivalent experience)6+ years digital marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce or SaaSEssential is hands-on experience with HubSpot Pro (campaigns, lifecycle flows, attribution) and GA4 / GTM trackingProven success managing Google Ads (Search, PMAX, YouTube, Pinterest a bonus) and hitting CAC / ROAS targetsStrong grasp of UTM governance, data hygiene, and event-based conversion trackingLifecycle marketing expertise (segmentation, nurture, re-engagement, deliverability)Ability to lead structured testing (audiences, creatives, offers) and optimise across funnelsAnalytical mindset with commercial acumen : dashboards, forecasting, and actionable reportingExperience with paid social a strong advantageGood collaborative team playerWhat you'll get : Work in the wellness / fitness industry that has purpose (NO this is NOT supplements)Key role reporting directly to the CMO, with real impact on revenue and growth strategy expanding product into new countriesOpportunity to shape measurement and performance systems for scaleWork in a high-growth environment where experimentation and insights are valuedMUST HAVE right to work in NZThis is a Christchurch office based job so need to be based hereModern offices in Christchurch with upbeat, positive culture, great team, supportive management with good chat and flexibility (school pick-ups for example), occasional WFHWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
