We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic and successful marketing professional, ready for their next challenge.

This opportunity offers a collaborative and positive working environment within a highly experienced team.The key responsibilities of the role include : Develop and execute the centre's strategic marketing plan to achieve centre sales and traffic budgetsDevelop, implement and evaluate the success of short and long term marketing campaigns including research, advertising and public relationsProvide a creative and innovative flair for implementing and adding value to promotional campaigns to achieve greater results for all stakeholdersOperate within stringent budgetary guidelines and company policies and manage the marketing income and expenditure in line with annual targetsWork as part of a management team, inspire othersDevelop strong relationships with retailers to ensure all opportunities are exploredDevelop and deliver a strategic community relations program that will build strong and sustainable relationshipsCollect, interpret and report on competitive and economic factors regarding the centre's trading positionDevelop and enhance relationships with key stakeholdersWhat Sets You ApartPrior experience as a Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing ManagerExperience in retail shopping centre environment or similar preferredTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public RelationsStrong leadership and mentoring skillsA collaborative team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailWhat Sets Us ApartWe actively seek out people who possess that rare mix of work ethic, rock solid integrity and attentiveness to client needs.
