(Nz) Social Media Manager

Our client is a New Zealand based company with Cafés, Restaurants and Catering businesses throughout Canterbury.

They pride themselves in making it fresh, making it daily and delivering to their clientele.

They are looking for a Graphic Designer / Digital Manager who loves creating marketing graphics in the food industry.

Responsibilities :

Review and assess design briefs and determine and schedule

Work on the brands for Café, Restaurant, Catering, Events

Work with 2 Directors of the Company and 5 Managers of different locations

Social Media Marketing for the Hospitality Industry, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Create videos of amazing food from cabinets, restaurants, and events

Work on and create content from photographs

Create logos and high resolution graphics to be printed on marketing items

Ad hoc graphic design tasks as required

Requirements :

Experience in the hospitality or food industry

Working knowledge of design software and technologies, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva Pro

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

Web design skills

Familiarity with Office 365, One Drive, Webinars, Zoom, Mailchimp, Blogs, Video Content, and Photography Editing

Ideally, you will have exceptional English language skills, be able to think and work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, work with minimal supervision, and have the initiative to get work done without being asked.
