• Full Time, Permanent
• 40 hours a week : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm
• Based at Kerrs Road, Wiri, Manukau

As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring every interaction is met with exceptional service. With a quick-thinking, solutions-oriented approach, you will create a positive and refreshing customer experience.

We provide a supportive and flexible work environment, along with comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to ensure your success. During the initial 4–6 weeks, you will participate in structured training at our head office, scheduled from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
