We're looking for a

Retail Sales Representative

to join our team, at our New Britomart store.

In this role, you'll deliver

exceptional customer service

, share your knowledge and passion for the Mons Royale brand, and help create a welcoming, community-driven retail experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has an engaging and memorable in-store experience.

Build strong connections with our local fan base and act as a brand ambassador.

Maintain high store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and product knowledge.

Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting your colleagues and fostering a culture of collaboration.

Stay up to date with Mons Royale's products, values, and sustainability mission to educate and inspire customers.

What We're Looking For

A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Passion for outdoor sports, sustainability, and the Mons Royale brand.

A proactive, team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.

Please note that this role is a casual role, with no guareteeed hours.
