Sales Coordinator / Showroom Consultant

Location : Kingsland, Auckland, New Zealand

Company : Plumbing World – a New Zealand success story with 60 years in the plumbing industry, owned by Kiwi plumbers.

About the role : We are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our Kingsland branch. You will be part of a customer‑centric team, developing beautiful bathrooms through design and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities :

• Maintain high standard displays and merchandising in the showroom.
• Provide excellent customer service – greet customers, help them with product selection and design ideas.
• Track sales projects through the process, from inquiry to final sale.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets.
• Support the trade counter – ensuring the trade side is prepared before 9 am.
• Uphold a professional appearance and maintain a clean, welcoming showroom.

Qualifications & experience :

We offer full training – no plumbing background required – and run a 5‑day work week, Monday to Friday, with a rostered Saturday. You’ll also receive paid birthday leave.

The successful applicant must pass a pre‑employment medical and drug test.
