We have a great opportunity for a graduate civil engineer to join our busy Christchurch team.
You will be part of our overall civil team of 30 engineers and technicians and will be involved in a variety of projects across urban and rural development, innovative commercial projects, roading and key infrastructure design, and large-scale regional projects.

At Davis Ogilvie, a key point of difference is your involvement in the whole project lifespan; including client contact, design, tendering and construction observation.
We're looking for a motivated, practical graduate with a desire to develop the following skills :
undertaking calculations to inform design
preparing design drawings using Autodesk Civil3D
preparing reports and technical documentation
undertaking site inspections and collecting field data
stormwater and water modeling using software such as MikeURBAN, EPANET, SSA, PCSWMM, HEC-RAS and HEC HMS.
You will have :
a Washington Accord engineering qualification
strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
a full drivers license
ability to manage time effectively and take control of their own workload and projects.
