• Auckland CBD (with location flexibility for senior-level candidates in Christchurch or Wellington)
• Permanent, full-time
• $90,000 - $120,000 per annum + Bonus Structure
• Hybrid working

What You'll Do

As a Senior Claims Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional claims experience. You will manage a varied portfolio, assess policy coverage, investigate claims, and negotiate resolutions with empathy and professionalism. You will report directly to the National Claims Manager.
