We are looking a for a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to support our clients busy Tauriko site.
This role is vital in keeping their operations running smoothly – from managing training records and reporting, maintenance scheduling, and data entry to supporting their team on the ground.Key areas of responsibility will include : Maintaining and updating SOPs, registers, and compliance documentationBooking employee training and managing site calendarsManaging incoming communications – phone, emails and office visitorsAssisting with inventory tracking, cost reporting, and staff KPIsProvide administrative support to the Site Manager and wider teamHelping to coordinate training and employee programsTo be considered for this role you will offer : Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and general IT skillsThe ability to multitask and priortise your workloadExceptional attention to detail and data entry skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressureThis is a temporary position, which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
There will be a training period of 2-3 weeks, starting at 7 : 30am and finishing at 4 : 30pm.
Once the training is completed the hours will be 6am to 2 : 30pm.Previous experience in Setmore, weighbridge systems, or CRM tools would be advantageous, however is not essential.Interested?
