Offering a range of logistics services from warehousing, contract logistics, linehaul, intermodal transport, global freight forwarding, and bulk logistics, we do logistics differently.The opportunity : Reporting to the Finance Manager, Visy Logistics NZ, working with all teams to provide value-added solutions to customers and operations.

Provide quality commercial reporting data, analysis, and decision support, as well as ensuring data integrity and that data input is consistent, of high quality, and accurate.Key Responsibilities include : Analyse customer margins and support profitable contract outcomes.Deliver regular reporting on rate utilisation and freight volumes.Develop pricing proposals and maintain pricing models.Lead annual rate reviews and ensure accurate system updates.Manage fuel levy application and communication across business units.Support budgeting with freight rate and fuel levy data; track performance to targets.Drive process improvements and uphold governance standards.Maintain master data accuracy and support data governance initiatives.Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Site Management to improve reporting and commercial outcomes.Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.What you will bring to the team : Degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, or related fieldAdvanced skills in analysing complex data, developing models, and providing insightsExperience in contract managementDeveloping and monitoring organisational KPIsExposure to a similar analyst role partnering with Logistics / Supply ChainAdvanced system and Excel skillsWarehouse experienceInternational Freight forwarding experience preferredBudget planning and financial reportingExperience in Tender processesExperience in capital expenditure request preparationWhat you'll love when you join us : Sustainability : Contribute to sustainability initiatives that make a difference.Supportive Environment : Be part of a team that values safety, respect, and collaboration.Career Growth : Opportunities for further training and career advancement within the companyIf this sounds like something you are interested in, please APPLY NOW!
