Role
Reporting into the National Sales Lead and working closely with the wider Commercial team, Regional Managers and stores, your key objective as Trade Sector Lead will be to lead the growth in commercial sales & revenue streams across Building and Trade. You will directly manage a team of high-performing sales professionals, coaching & mentoring them to identify, develop and grow new revenue streams and source commercial sales for the retail network. The Trade Sector Lead is responsible overall for managing business relationships from a day-to-day perspective to ensure that sales are maximised and account relationships are maintained.
