Event Dynamics is looking for an Event Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of end-to-end event coordination — from concept to execution

Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, venues, and our talented team

Manage event logistics including registration, travel, and on-site delivery

Contribute to creative event design and promotional activities

Use your strong communication and software skills to keep every detail on track

We're a small, supportive team that delivers exceptional corporate events and conferences across New Zealand and beyond.
