Programme Lead, Bachelor of Nursing Pacific
We are seeking a strong, visionary academic leader to lead the Bachelor of Nursing Pacific (BNP) programme—an integral part of our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi partnership models in degree-level education. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Pacific nursing education through impactful leadership, academic excellence, and meaningful partnerships.
The Programme Lead will line manage the core BNP teaching team and take on responsibilities across leadership, teaching, research, and external stakeholder engagement. The role also includes serving as Academic Lead for Curriculum and Quality within the BNP, working collaboratively with other Academic Leads. The ideal candidate is expected to be research-active and either hold a Master's qualification or working towards completing Post-Graduate Qualifications.
