- Property Manager working on commercial & Industrial assets across Auckland
- Experienced Property Manager (2-4 years), keen to join a busy and successful team
- Responsible for the overall performance of properties within the portfolio
- Preparation of the annual business strategy plan, detailed cash flow budgets and the monitoring of those budgets and forecasts
- Liaising with tenants regarding lease administration and policies / procedures, maintaining close contact regarding business changes
About you :
- Property Manager with commercial property management experience (essential)
- A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong experience with lease administration and renewal negotiations highly advantageous
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
