Job descriptionProperty Manager with commercial property management experience (essential). A customer‑focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders. Strong experience with lease administration and renewal negotiations highly advantageous. Excellent time‑management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames. Property Manager – Commercial & Industrial (CBRE Asia Pacific)
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (2–4 years) to manage A & B grade commercial and industrial assets across Auckland.
The Opportunity
Property Manager working on commercial & industrial assets across Auckland.
- Responsible for the overall performance of properties within the portfolio.
- Preparation of the annual business strategy plan, detailed cash flow budgets and monitoring of those budgets and forecasts.
- Liaising with tenants regarding lease administration and policies / procedures, maintaining close contact regarding business changes.
