Join the University of Auckland as a Programme Advisor in the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) – a multi-award-winning entrepreneurship centre hosted in the Business School.

Opportunity
The CIE Programme Advisor manages designated programmes, leading the co-design, management and delivery of a portfolio of innovation and entrepreneurship programmes, and supporting the operational delivery of the full suite of programmes.
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) fixed-term (1 year) position.
The remuneration range is $72,000–$88,900, depending on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Co-design, manage and deliver CIE's co-curricular and curricular initiatives, workshops and programmes.
Lead collaborative, fast-moving environments and energise and represent CIE at launch and celebration events.
Support the operational delivery of programmes and engage with students, researchers and staff.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in event and programme design and delivery.
Experience in a co-working, incubator or entrepreneurship programme environment.
Strong customer service mindset and focus on community engagement and relationship building.
Excellent attention to detail, planning and project management skills.
Important Skills
People-management, mentoring, coaching and community-building ability.
Relationship-managing skills with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in a complex administrative or programme coordination role.
High computer literacy, especially with Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
Time-management, organisational skills, prioritisation and ability to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for liaison and negotiation.
Willingness to work outside regular office hours during key events.
