Night Shift Lead Forklift Driver – King Street Warehouse

Join our team and lead a small group of brightstacks forklift drivers in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role offers a set night shift roster, opportunities for career advancement, and a collaborative culture that values organization, efficiency, and strong communication.

The Role

We are seeking a strong leader to oversee brightstacks warehouse operations for the night shift, ensuring timely staging and labelling of materials as required. You will lead a team of 3 forklift drivers and support the warehouse teams to meet daily objectives.

Shift : Night shift, 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and storage of brightstacks, ensuring compliance with H&S, GR, and QRMP standards
• Assist with storage layout planning and oversee staging of brightstacks for labelling
• Support warehouse teams to meet daily objectives and provide effective training for each team member
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with bi-annual performance reviews of Brightstacks driver teams
• Ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and routinely maintained
• Work with the warehousing supervisor to ensure adequate manning
• Ensure storage procedures comply with site policies and regulatory requirements
