About Our Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Customer Services Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Taradale facility, providing an outstanding customer service experience and ensuring our residents, their whānau and visitors are greeting with warmth and care.
In this role you will also provide pivotal administrative support to managers to ensure our resident and facility services run seamlessly. This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.

About You
You’ll bring outstanding customer service skills, a “can-do” attitude and excellent organisational abilities. You’ll be confident with technology, detail-focused, and comfortable working across Microsoft Office and databases. Previous healthcare or aged care experience is an advantage, even better if you have experience in clinical management software like VCare. Most importantly, you’ll have patience, empathy and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
