We are a community built on love, respect and care for our residents, their families and each other.About Our RoleWe're looking for a friendly, organised Customer Services Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Taradale facility, providing an outstanding customer service experience and ensuring our residents, their whanau and visitors are greeting with warmth and care.In this role you will also provide pivotal administrative support to managers to ensure our resident and facility services run seamlessly.
This is a full-time role - Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.Key Responsibilities : Welcome and support residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism.Be the go-to person for reception, phone and email enquiries.Provide essential admin support that keeps clinical and facility operations running smoothly.Assist with new resident admissions, discharges and facility tours.Support meeting preparation, communications and documentation.Coordinate maintenance requests and general facility needs.Safeguard sensitive information with care and discretion.This is a role where compassion meets organisation – perfect for someone who enjoys making a difference each day.About YouYou'll bring outstanding customer service skills, a "can-do" attitude and excellent organisational abilities.
You'll be confident with technology, detail-focused, and comfortable working across Microsoft Office and databases.
Previous healthcare or aged care experience is an advantage, even better if you have experience in clinical management software like VCare.
