System Administrator
Café Anatolia is a growing cafe chainwith 12 branches throughout the North Island. We have an excellent reputationfor fresh, healthy, and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. Weserve over 15000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in thegroup.
Hospitality Franchise Group is atechnology driven business with over 30+ different applications and platformsincluding custom developed systems. Technologies are core on how businessoperates, Team internally communicates and how customers interact with thebusiness.
The main responsibilities of theSystem Administrator role are :
Ensure the smooth operation andmaintenance of the Oracle Micros POS system.Troubleshoot and resolvePOS-related issues promptly.Collaborate with vendors forsystem upgrades and optimizations.2. Payment Gateway Administration :
Oversee and maintain ourpayment gateway infrastructure.Monitor transactions and ensuresecure payment processing.Implement and test new paymentmethods as needed.3. NAS Server and File Server Maintenance :
Manage and optimize NetworkAttached Storage (NAS) servers.Administer and secure the fileserver infrastructure.Implement backup and recoveryprocedures for critical data.4. Cloud-Based IP Camera System :
Maintain and monitor ourcloud-based IP camera system.Ensure the security andintegrity of video data.Troubleshoot and address camerasystem issues promptly.Integrate and maintain Zoho CRMwith other systems.Provide support for CRM usersand troubleshoot issues.Collaborate with relevant teamsto enhance CRM functionality.6. Customer Wi-Fi Hotspot System :
Manage and optimize thecustomer Wi-Fi hotspot system.Ensure reliable and secureconnectivity for customers.Implement measures to protectagainst unauthorized access.7. Integration with Multiple Platforms :
Facilitate seamless integrationbetween various platforms.Collaborate with softwaredevelopers to enhance system interoperability.8. Store Dashboard Maintenance :
Oversee the maintenance ofstore dashboards for real-time monitoring.Implement improvements toenhance dashboard functionality.Provide training to relevantstaff on dashboard usage.9. Hardware Management and Maintenance :
Manage the inventory of hardwarecomponents.Perform regular hardwaremaintenance and upgrades.Troubleshoot and resolvehardware-related issues.10. Disaster Recovery Planning :
Develop and maintain a robustdisaster recovery plan.Conduct regular tests anddrills to ensure preparedness.Minimize downtime and data lossin the event of a system failure.Requirements
What you will bring :
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentwith major in Information Technology or Computing.Vendor certification in Oracleis desired but not required.Work Experience :
Minimum 3+ yearspost-qualification experience in IT System Administration i.e. SoftwareAdministrator / System Administrator / Web Administrator or in a similar role.Minimum 1 year experience inProject Management.What we are offering :
Competitive remuneration reflective ofthe role and your qualifications, skills, and experience, with a base hourlyrate of between $30.00 and $40.00 (gross)
