Night Shift Lead Forklift Driver

The Role

We are seeking a strong leader to join our team as a Night Shift Lead Forklift Driver. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will oversee the brightstacks warehouse operations for the respective shift, ensuring timely staging of brightstacks at Labelling and other labelling materials as required. You will also be responsible for leading a small team of 3 brightstacks forklift drivers and supporting the warehouse teams to meet daily objectives.

Shift : Set shift

Night shift - 10 : 00pm – 6 : 00am

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee receiving and storage of brightstacks, ensuring compliance with H&S, GR, and QRMP standards

Assist with planning layout of storage and oversee staging of brightstacks for labelling

Support warehouse teams to meet daily objectives and provide effective training for each team member

Assist Warehouse Supervisor with bi-annual performance review of Brightstacks driver teams

Ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and routinely maintained

Work with warehousing supervisor to insure adequate manning

Ensure all brightstacks storage procedures comply with site policies and regulatory requirements

We\'re looking for someone with :

Forklift operators\' certificate with OSH Endorsement

Minimum 2-3 years of forklift operating experience, preferably in the FMCG industry

Proven 2+ years leadership and team management experience

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products (including email access)

Excellent communications skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
