Make a Real Difference as Our PSN Fundraiser
Are you passionate about connecting people with causes that truly change lives?
As our PSN Fundraiser, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring communities across the North Island continue to receive vital support through the services PSN provides through our Enliven, Family Works, Lifeline and Shine services.
This is a chance to combine creativity, relationship-building, and strategic thinking to grow and sustain a strong base of supporters.
You'll take the lead on delivering and supporting a diverse range of fundraising initiatives, including :
Inspiring generosity through individual giving and regular giving programmes
Building momentum with community-led fundraising events and campaigns
Strengthening impact through corporate partnerships and workplace giving
Bringing ideas to life by planning and executing innovative fundraising campaigns
You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that celebrates success together.

Bring Your Fundraising Expertise to PSN
We're seeking an experienced fundraiser who is motivated to deliver real impact for communities across the North Island.
This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for someone who has already worked in fundraising and is ready to take the next step in their career with a trusted, values-driven organisation.
You'll be confident working across multiple fundraising streams, including :
Individual and regular giving programmes
Fundraising and community events
Corporate partnerships and workplace giving
To thrive in this role, you'll bring :
Proven fundraising experience in a similar role (minimum 2–3 years)
A strong track record of growing income and building donor relationships
A strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to plan, research and analyse results
Experience in budgeting, requesting and delivering on targets
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A full NZ driver's licence
