Hamilton Girls’ High School is seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to guide our technology faculty into the next phase of curriculum innovation and student success.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, curriculum expertise, and a commitment to fostering creativity, critical thinking, and practical application.

The successful applicant will have :

• Either proven success in leading technology at middle leadership level, or has demonstrated the ability to lead other adults effectively in this context
• Demonstrated how they have given effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• A passion for working with rangatahi
• A high level of emotional intelligence
• A willingness and ability to work and lead collaboratively in a team environment.

Applicants must be NZ registered, fully conversant with the NZ Curriculum and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
