Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your job will be to coordinate the delivery of ASB’s products and services to branch-based customers, through the proactive leadership, management, and development of our frontline team, ensuring unbeatable customer outcomes.

Your people engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships will be pivotal in fostering successful team environments where individuals feel they belong and can achieve their potential. You will motivate your team to provide the best customer experience in the market and drive growth. You will maintain existing relationships to retain business and cultivate new opportunities for the Bank. You will be digitally brave, a strategic thinker, a motivational leader and able to improvise in this fast-paced, ever-changing banking environment. Extensive banking experience and the confidence to operate in a highly regulated environment are essential.

Employment details

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, on a flexible roster, Monday - Sunday at our Te Rapa branch in Hamilton.
