Working with the wider Culture, Capability & Learning team, you will have the analytical skills to scope, design and implement technical learning solutions and frameworks specifically targeted at improving our people capability, customer outcomes and business performance.
Your current or previous experience in Banking will be a huge advantage in this role.As a learning architect, you will take a Human Centred Design approach to drive and project manage the end-to-end development of learning as well as ensuring all learning aligns with Westpac NZ's vision and strategic priorities.
You will use Agile methodologies and engage with stakeholders across the business to develop learning solutions ensuring compliance with all legislative, regulatory and policy requirements and standards.What will you bring?
