What you'll do :

Our Learning & Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future capability and performance of our organisation. This role leads the delivery of enterprise-wide leadership and capability programmes, offering opportunities to innovate and collaborate with senior leaders. It's an exciting chance to champion a culture of continuous learning and drive impactful change across the business.

In this role you will;

• Partner with the Group Manager, Organisational Capability to develop, inform, and execute on the L&D strategy.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide leadership development programmes, including logistics, engagement, and communications.
• Establish, track, and evaluate success measures for learning initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Enable external facilitators and vendors, including selection, briefing, and coordination.
• Facilitate selected workshops and support leaders to embed learning outcomes into development practices.
