We are currently looking for motivated energetic individuals to join our civil construction team. This role involves working in a small 2–4-person crew on jobs throughout the entire central / southern lakes region. The applicants should ideally be based in the Alexandra / Cromwell area. Our ideal candidates will enjoy working outside and have the following skills and attributes.
Key Tasks :
Adhering to all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and site controls
Constructing timber boxing and formwork
Concrete placement and finishing
Digging trenches and excavations
General Labouring
Assisting Tradesmen and Operators achieve their tasks timely and safely
String line and gravel construction

looking for someone with :
While prior industry experience is not essential, ideally you will have some background in civil carpentry, concrete placement, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn these skills from our experienced team. A keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to workplace safety are important qualities we look for. We use a wide range of machinery and specialised tools on site, so relevant endorsements and tickets will be highly regarded.

Full class 1 License
Have keen attention for detail and good problem-solving skills
Motivated to work in a small, highly functioning team.

Be self-motivated & driven to succeed.
Willingness to learn new skills, take on feedback and consistently strive for improvement.
