We're looking for someone with : While prior industry experience is not essential, ideally you will have some background in civil carpentry, concrete placement, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn these skills from our experienced team. This role involves working in a small 2–4-person crew on jobs throughout the entire central / southern lakes region.
The applicants should ideally be based in the Alexandra / Cromwell area.
Our ideal candidates will enjoy working outside and have the following skills and attributes.
A keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to workplace safety are important qualities we look for.
We use a wide range of machinery and specialised tools on site, so relevant endorsements and tickets will be highly regarded.
Our focus aims to also reduce our impact on the environment, and regenerate healthy new ecosystems.
