• A current REA Salesperson Licence (or nearing completion)
• Proven experience in real estate sales, or a strong sales background
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence with technology and marketing tools
• A proactive approach to networking and relationship-building
• A collaborative mindset and professional presentation
