OverviewBritish Gas Electricians join our team of experienced Field Engineers to ensure customers get the help they need, when they need it.
You will play a pivotal part in our Britain's Service Promise of same-day fixes for customers.About your teamWe're powering the UK's homes and businesses and are focused on making the UK greener and more energy efficient by using technologies like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels and EV chargers to reduce customers' carbon footprint.About your roleWe need Electricians to join our team of Field Engineers.
You will bring extensive experience in domestic electrical work including fault finding, installation and rewires (typically a minimum of 2 years' qualified experience).
You will use your customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose defects and work safely to ensure a first-time fix, while promoting British Gas products and services by giving professional advice.Base Salary is £39,797 with uncapped OTE – £54,991 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme.ResponsibilitiesPerform domestic electrical work including fault finding, installations and rewires.Diagnose defects and work safely to achieve first-time fix for customers.Promote British Gas products and services through professional advice.QualificationsCity & Guilds
