• Be the key advisor empowering teams and shaping a strong process safety culture across high-risk industrial operations.What You Will Enjoy DoingYou will lead Process Hazard Analyses and Safety Assessments (e.g., Bowtie, HAZOP, LOPA, What-If)Develop and implement safety management systemsPrepare and maintain Safety Cases, safety assessments and key compliance documentationSupport site audits and regulatory inspectionsMonitor process safety performance and report to senior leadershipManage relationships with Worksafe New Zealand and other regulators to achieve positive outcomesProvide expert guidance across Region South Pacific and drive continuous improvement in process safety performanceWhat Makes You GreatA degree in Engineering is essential (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in process safety within high-hazard or regulated industries (AU / NZ)Strong working knowledge of MHF and Hazardous Substances regulationsPractical experience with methodologies such as HAZOP, Bowtie, LOPA, and other risk toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety and operational integrityWhy you will love working with usWe identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
