You will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of NZQA's business solutions through an ICT lens.

The Client Services team is part of the Information Services group and is responsible for 1st and 2nd level Service Desk support.

The team is also the custodian of NZQA's device fleet.

We are accountable for managing the New Zealand Qualifications Framework, administering the secondary school assessment system, qualifications recognition and standard setting for some specified unit standards.
