We are seeking a candidate with a strong sense of ownership and leadership, along with design experience, particularly in automation, networking, and integration across multiple cloud and on-premise environments.
Responsibilities
- Bridge architecture and engineering with a sense of ownership / leadership with design experience
- Strong automation, networking and integration across Azure, AWS and On-premise
- Manage Kubernetes clusters to optimise resource use and application scalability
- Execute production change requests related to networking, databases, and identity and access management
- Use tools like Ansible to automate configuration management
- Drive continuous delivery and improve infrastructure deployment across multiple cloud platforms
- Enhance the Cloud Engineering Capability by driving automation and innovation, particularly through DevOps practices
Skills & Experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar roleStrong background in infrastructure design and management, with experience in both Linux and Windows Server environmentsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud)Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, PowerShell, HCL, and YML for automation tasksExperience with containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShiftFamiliarity with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and AnsibleUnderstanding of CI / CD concepts and toolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsRelevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified : Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is beneficial.
