Role Overview
As a Complex Solution Lead , you will be the strategic orchestrator of complex solutions, connecting client ambitions with Microsoft’s cutting‑edge capabilities. You’ll lead the design, qualification, delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.
Responsibilities
Solution Orchestration & Integration
- Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of complex, cross‑functional solutions.
- Align strategy across technical, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive solution design execution.
- Lead with AI and industry‑specific transformation initiatives with precision and impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with client C‑suite and Microsoft leadership.Champion the customer voice throughout solution creation, ensuring alignment with business goals.Shape deal strategies and architectures that resonate with executive stakeholders.Financial & Commercial Strategy
Partner with commercial teams to develop robust financial models that support deal viability.Ensure solutions deliver measurable value and align with client and Microsoft investment strategies.Deal Leadership
Stay engaged through the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification through contract execution.Navigate complexity, remove blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of strategic deals.Risk & Innovation Management
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.Identify opportunities for innovation in delivery and solution design.Mentorship & Capability Building
Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams to foster excellence.Contribute to development of organizational capabilities and best practices.Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale solutioning in a technology‑driven environment.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Deep understanding of digital transformation, AI, cloud technologies, and portfolio modernization.Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.10+ years’ experience in solution architecture, consulting, delivery management, or related roles.Deep expertise in cloud / infrastructure technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise solutioning.Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.Certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, GCP, SAP, or similar are preferred.Seniority level
