Are you passionate about supporting Māori business growth and delivering market-leading solutions? We're looking for a dynamic Manager, Go-to-Market (Māori Sector) to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Go to Market and Senior Managers to establish and sustain a high-performing Go to Market function, with a focus on delivering value to Māori customers and communities.

• Drive the development of new propositions and lead the delivery through strong project management capability to deliver value to Māori Business Banking customers.
• Build productive relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
• Ensure our offerings reflect Te Ao Māori values and the needs of Māori customers—from idea to market launch.
• Contribute to prioritising our pipeline of Go-To-Market initiatives, considering customer outcomes and business needs.
