Your presence and hands-on connection will make safety and wellbeing a lived experience, not just a policy.As our Health & Safety Lead, you will : Design, deliver and continuously improve Comvita's global health, safety, and wellbeing strategy.Partner with leaders and teams to embed safe practices into daily operations.Provide coaching, training, and expert advice to build safety capability across the business.Use data-driven insights to identify risks, guide decision-making, and continuously improve outcomes.Champion initiatives that strengthen resilience, connection, and care for our people.Inspire innovation and fresh thinking in how we keep our people safe and well.The role reports directly to senior leadership.
Given our operational footprint, the role isrequired to be based in the Bay of Plenty.This is your opportunity to shape the future of health, safety, and wellbeing at Comvita, and most importantly, to keep our people safe and thriving.What we would like from youMinimumof Level 6 Health & Safetyqualification.A proven leader with at least 7 years' experience in a senior health & safety role.Strong knowledge of New Zealand H&S legislation and industry best practice.Analytical skills andmanagementreport writing, with the ability to turn safety performance data into insights.A natural influencer with the ability to connect, coach, and inspire.Analytical and adaptable, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.Full, clean NZdriverslicense.A preference will be given to candidates who have global H&S experience.Why join us?
